CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) – Part-Time Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Daily Pay Available
Beaufont Health & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and Daily Pay options for added flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
Active Virginia CNA License required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
