Opportunity Overview:

ADOCO,LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable Professional Gardener to help care for a beautiful property near The Galleria in Houston, Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands on horticulture and landscape maintenance professional who takes pride in creating healthy, polished, inviting outdoor spaces. You will work alongside an existing Gardeners, bringing your plant knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for lawn care to a property where quality workmanship is noticed and valued every day.

What You Will Do:

• Care for roses and a wide variety of ornamental plants by monitoring plant health, feeding, trimming, pruning, weeding, and applying appropriate gardening products.
• Maintain attractive garden beds through edging, mulching, cleanup, and detail oriented landscape maintenance practices.
• Perform routine lawn care and turf maintenance, including mowing, watering, and other practices that support healthy, well presented grass areas.
• Operate, inspect, and help maintain irrigation and sprinkler systems to support efficient watering and healthy landscapes.
• Work collaboratively with the current Gardenesr to maintain high standards for the grounds, respond to seasonal needs, and keep outdoor areas visually appealing.

What You Will Bring:

• You have professional gardening, horticulture, landscaping, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance experience in a residential, estate, commercial, or similar setting.
• You have demonstrated experience caring for roses and other plant varieties, with a practical understanding of pruning, plant feeding, mulching, and weed control.
• You understand lawn maintenance fundamentals, including proper mowing, turf care, and irrigation practices.
• You can communicate effectively in English and follow directions while working independently and as part of a small team.
• You hold a current valid driver’s license and can reliably report to the Houston, TX 77056 work location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Gardener, Landscape Technician, Groundskeeper, Horticulturist, Lawn Care Specialist, or Irrigation Technician will help you excel in this role.
• Familiarity with gardening products, landscape regulations, and seasonal planting or maintenance schedules is valued.
• A mature, professional approach, strong observational skills, and genuine pride in maintaining exceptional grounds are highly desirable.

Compensation and Work Setting:

• This is a full time, in person position based in Houston, Texas, near The Galleria.
• Compensation is up to $43,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
