Part-Time Front Office & Recruiting Assistant Assisting Hands Home Care, Franklin, TN Looking for a great part-time job that fits around your schedule? We're a locally owned home care company in Franklin, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable person to help run our front office and support our recruiting team. If you're someone who likes people, stays organized, and wants real office experience, we'd love to meet you. We help seniors stay safe and happy at home, and our office is the heart of that. You'd be the first voice people hear when they call and the first face they see when they walk in. What you'd be doing Front office Answering phones in a warm, professional way and routing calls to the right person Greeting visitors, clients' families, and caregivers when they stop by Keeping the front office tidy and stocked Helping with filing, scanning, data entry, and other day-to-day office tasks Running errands like dropping off paperwork or picking up supplies Recruiting support Reviewing incoming applications and flagging promising candidates Calling and texting applicants to schedule interviews Sending reminders so candidates actually show up Helping with new hire paperwork and orientation Posting job ads and keeping our applicant list up to date What we're looking for Must be at least 18 years old Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Comfortable talking on the phone with all kinds of people Organized and good at following through Basic computer skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn No office experience needed. We'll train you!
