Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, and day-to-day event activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating details, and gaining hands-on experience in event support, customer service, and business development.
Responsibilities
* Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activities.
* Help prepare event areas, displays, materials, and supplies.
* Welcome attendees and provide a friendly, professional experience.
* Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
* Present information about products and services clearly and professionally.
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
* Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
* Help organize event materials and maintain an orderly environment.
* Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
* Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
* Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
* Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
